Off to the country...

Impossible to believe that it has been so long between posts. So much has happened that I am feeling a bit overwhelmed. I know if I would come here and leave it upon these pages the mind might not be so tormented. Alas, I am a Creature fond of the Torment. We have grown to be quite chums. So I shall hang onto it for a while longer and spew it forth soonly.

We've been framed!

There's a lovely frame that sits here on my desk. Heavy, white, with white etchings of vines and doves...in gold cursive atop it reads "Happily ever after begins today". My favorite picture from our ceremony is inside allowing onlookers to peek inside. I wonder if they make one that reads "Happily ever after ends now" or something to the like..? Wouldn't it be nice to have a picture of that exact moment? I don't think it's ended. Not totally. But it has certainly diminished. I can't be a blame layer. That would imply it has landed and thus far, it has not. We are turning into strapped in zombies on this roller coaster ride. That time machine would sure come in handy right now.

I start school in another week and few days. I'm excited. Looking forward to having a goal again besides just the debate of whether or not to shower on any given day. I think it will help a lot.

My kids are healthy and happy. What a blessing.

I knew I loved her. That has never been a question. It was once again confirmed today. If you can measure Love by how angry you can become on someone's behalf...we're about as deep in as you can get.

Finally...

I have a few hours alone with my husband today. It will be good to just hang out with him. Last night was fantastic..bells, whistles..the Works! I woke up kissing the most beautiful man on this earth.
